Activities of call centres
The company is engaged in the provision of call center services. It was incorporated in November of 2011 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Pozuelo de Alarcon, Spain. The company operates as a call center which administers incoming product support or information inquiries from consumers. It is involved in the following activities: supporting interaction with customers over a variety of media, including but not necessarily limited to telephony, e-mail and internet chat; handling inbound calls; making outbound calls to customers or sales leads; and combining automatic call distribution for incoming calls with predictive dialling for outbound calls, it makes more efficient use of agent time as each type of agent (inbound or outbound) can handle the overflow of the other.
